The following sets forth the terms and conditions under which gopredicto.com Services offers you access to our Services. In this Agreement, we have referred to the GoPredicto service as the “Service”, to you as the “User” and to our agreement as the “Agreement”.
These Terms of Service may be amended by gopredicto.com at any time in our discretion by posting the amended terms on our Website. If you became a Member prior to the posting of amended terms, the amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. Your continued use of this Website after such amendment shall signify your acceptance of such change.

The domain name www.gopredicto.com (“Website”) is owned and operated by Arthya Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”), a Private Company limited by shares, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 404 Balaji Greens, 6th Cross, 7th Main St BED Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, 560047.
GoPredicto.com provides Astrological content, Data Analysis, Data insights, Reports, Graphs, and email consultations (“Content”) via the World Wide Web and electronic mail. In order to access the personalized astrological content and services, you may need to register as a member. The Free Services and the Paid Services are referred to collectively in these Terms of Service as the “Services”.
Member Eligibility
The Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The Services are not permitted to be used by minors (those under the age of 18 in most jurisdictions) or temporarily or indefinitely suspended GoPredicto.com members.
Member Registration Data
You agree to provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about yourself as prompted, and to maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate (“Registration Data”).
Upon registration you will receive a GoPredicto.com identification (your email id) and a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email id and password, and for all uses of your account. You agree to immediately notify GoPredicto.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Users engaged in any of the following activities on our system will not be tolerated: promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities; defaming any person or group; violating the intellectual property rights of another; displaying harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar or obscene material or invading the privacy of others; interfering with or disrupting the Service (including spam, junk mail or chain letters); or compromising the security of the Service.

The accuracy, completeness or adequacy of GoPredicto is not warranted or guaranteed. GoPredicto assumes no liability for the interpretation and/or use of the information contained on this website.
At various locations on the Site, GoPredicto may permit visitors to post reviews, comments, and other content (the “user content”). GoPredicto is not the publisher or author of such user content and disclaims all responsibility for it. If any offending material is brought to the notice of GoPredicto, it will be deleted as soon as is possible.
